This notice explains how SC annotly SRL handles personal data when you visit annotly.ro or email us at the address below.

Scope. This notice covers the annotly.ro website only. It is not the privacy policy of AI Verde or push. AI Verde is a separate product at aiverde.ro, and push is in development; their data handling is described separately and is not covered here.

SC annotly SRL is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What happens when you visit the website

  • The website is static. It has no accounts, forms or comments, and it does not ask you for personal data.
  • Its own pages do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, do not set cookies, and do not use browser storage. It loads no third-party fonts, embeds or other external resources.
  • The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages requested. This may involve processing in countries outside your own. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you write to contact@annotly.ro, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you write. Our email is provided through Google Workspace. We use this information only to read and answer your message, including questions about the company, AI Verde or push. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record keeping, and then delete it.

Why we process this data

We process technical request data so the website can be delivered securely, and we process emails to respond to you. Both rest on our legitimate interest in running the website and answering enquiries, and, where you contact us to ask something, on taking steps at your request.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is handled by the providers named above (Cloudflare for hosting and Google for email) acting for us, and we may disclose data if required by law.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you may ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and where relevant ask for data portability. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own country.
